As a therapist, I believe that nobody knows better what you have been through than YOU! You have spent each waking moment with yourself, feeling what you feel and thinking what you think. It is my job to walk alongside you and help you sift through the darker moments of life that have made you reach out for help. Though you may be struggling with feelings of grief or loss, symptoms of depression and anxiety, or many other heavy things, I will be a warm, but honest, voice that can help guide you back to the sunlight.
The majority of my experience stems from working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, women's issues, autoimmune disorders, body image issues, etc. I use a mix of CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy, which provides me a well-rounded toolbox to use toward treatment.
I've felt lost before, too - I get it. Those feelings of fear and uncertainty can be used to help you discover who you get to be.
