Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines

We deeply appreciate your commitment to your well-being and value your time. To ensure we can maintain the highest quality of care for all our patients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may require the appointment slot. Please be aware that a late cancellation or no-show fee will automatically be applied to your account.


It's important to note that if your treatments are covered by insurance, you will be responsible for covering this fee out of pocket, as insurance does not cover missed appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to discuss them with your practitioner.


Privacy and Confidentiality

Rest assured that your patient records and information are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will only share your information when necessary to provide you with the best possible care and services, or with your explicit authorization, or when required by law.


Insurance Coverage

Omaha Wellness Collective is in network with most insurance providers, and your coverage depends on your specific plan. To gain a better understanding of your benefits with our practitioners, please take the time to review and complete our Benefits Verification Form.


Winter Weather Policy

Our policy during inclement weather aligns with the decisions of Elkhorn Public Schools. If Elkhorn Public Schools announces a closure due to snow or ice, some of our providers and support staff may not be available. However, it will ultimately be up to your provider to decide whether your session can proceed as scheduled. Should you have an appointment on that day, assume that your appointment is still scheduled unless we notify you otherwise.
