PLMHP

As a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), I am excited to walk with you on your journey to well-being. I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with their mental health, such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I believe that each person has strengths and resiliency, allowing them to thrive and overcome challenges. Everyone deserves to be supported and valued as the unique person that they are. I work with adults, young adults, adolescents, and couples. I am committed to walking with you as you go through life, facing obstacles, hardships, joys, and achievements, empowering you through it all.

My therapeutic approach is based on a holistic, client-centered approach. I pull from multiple theoretical approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Positive Psychotherapy. I received a bachelor’s in psychology and human service counseling from Wayne State College in 2023 and a Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2025.

You are at the center of your own journey, and I am blessed to be a part of it. I believe you have the power and ability to grow using your strengths to improve your well-being. I value treating others with kindness, love, and respect. I use these Christian faith principles at the center of my interactions with clients. It is up to the client if faith is brought into the therapeutic environment, and I use a multicultural approach to stress the acceptance of individuality and all backgrounds.

Therapy can be a safe, warm, accepting environment, done from an office or the comfort of your own home. Offering in-person and telehealth therapy sessions.
