Jessica Groeneweg
LIMHP
Jessica Groeneweg is a dedicated mental health therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families find hope and healing. Her work has focused on supporting adults, families, and children through complex life transitions. She has most recently worked in the adoption field and supported families deeply in the trenches of parenting. Jessica takes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel understood and empowered. Together, you'll explore what matters most to you, finding ways to live in closer alignment with your values. Jessica is passionate about helping clients build on their strengths, develop healthier patterns, and discover their own capacity for growth.
Jessica is an independently licensed mental health practitioner in the states of Nebraska and Iowa. She has worked in the fields of adoption, inpatient psychiatry, and substance abuse. She also has personal experience navigating unique life challenges, including living with a chronic health condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and having a child in the NICU—all of which have deepened her empathy and ability to support families through times of uncertainty and stress.
When not doing therapy, Jessica enjoys life with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid Nebraska women’s volleyball and Green Bay Packers fan.
